Workshop 6 - Architectual Exteriors
This shot was demonstrating the converging lines that are evident shooting tall structures from low down with no correction. I shot this on the Nikon D3 at 35mm.
This one was showing the limit of focal depth of field that is evident with digital SLR camera with no correction. I shot a similar picture on the Sinar and was able to get the focal plane running along the ground making foreground through to background in focus.
I shot this inside the church as you may well have guessed. Being uncorrected it shows the convergience lines evident with no lens or digital correction.
This is a stain glass window I found in the side of the church which I wanted to shoot with no detail the frame or wall as this would have detracted from the image.
It was interesting to find this light shade as I feel it is Gothic or maybe Medieval. I like the texture on the wall, I find it adds to the impact of the shade.
